Here is the finished product my friend said she loves the purse! I actually liked hers more than mine :)

Love the silver liner it makes the magenta pop.

Herringbone Neckwarmer - Knitting Pattern

I finished the hunting hat for my husband the night before his trip this weekend.  It was much needed we are sitting at 37 with freezing rain.  He said it was super warm so that is a win for me.  So with that down I started a new project.

Found a free pattern here and used again Lion brand Hometown USA.  ( I got a ton cheap)

Dark Magenta Pop Tab Purse

I started working on the dark magenta purse, and trying to perfect a few things.  Instead of making three small sheets for the messenger bag I made one long flap for the top and then the rest of the regular sides.  I have only finished the big one at this point I am excited about this.

I am also going to change the orientation of the sides to help with folding.

I have started a new purse for a dear friend of mine.  She wanted a dark magenta with silver lining. She want the shape to be the same as my personal purse but with a cover flap.

I am excited to start another one.

Super Star Afghan Complete

I really like how this turned out.  It was fun to crochet and I just might have to do another :)  It happens to match my sons room so I think this one will be his.  I will have to do another one for the present this was intended to be.

Corner to corner afgan

I started a corner to corner afghan right before Christmas in Red Heart with love.

This is a fun quick project.  I think I might want it a big bigger than it should be.

Here is what its was after only a few hours of work. I have not worked on it since then but can not wait to get it finished.
